Abby & Ben and (soon to be) Big Sister S made the trek from Ottawa to meet me on the Cataraqui Trail for their Maternity Session. It was freezing cold but luckily the sun was o our side, and S stayed bundled up in her sled until we were ready for her. If every session could have the delicious golden light we had this day I would be in heaven. It peaked through in all of the right places.
We played games, gave piggy backs and went for some walks down the trail before we moved over to our second location on Otter Lake. Abby & Ben spend their summers on the lake so it was familiar territory for them (just with a lot more snow than they're used to while they're here).
When we moved over to the lake, Abby changed into one of my newest additions to my client closet and the soft pink was a beautiful nod to the sweet baby girl that would soon be joining their girl gang. This beautiful family was a serious joy to capture and I cannot wait to share their newborn session on the blog soon! (Spoiler alert...she's here!)
